We identified a critical need for a smart, efficient solution that could:

We developed an AI-powered Applicant Tracking System (ATS) that makes the hiring process easy and fast.

- Advanced Matching Algorithm: The system uses our algorithms to match candidates to job requirements, considering both hard and soft skills assigning each of them a relevancy score.

- Automated Communication: The user can setup automations and the system handles routine communication with candidates, keeping them informed throughout the process.
Development Process
Our approach to building this AI-enabled ATS was comprehensive and iterative:
- Market Research: We conducted extensive research into the pain points of recruiters and existing ATS solutions.
- User Interface Design: Our design team created wireframes and prototypes, focusing on intuitive navigation and clear data presentation.
- Applications Development: We developed the web application and trained existing LLM models to accurately parse resumes and match candidates to job requirements. The relevancy score algorithm was also built by us.
- Iterative Improvement: Based on user feedback, we continuously refined the UI and AI algorithms.
